Our goal is to provide the highest quality service to all our customers. All too often there are surprises that arise at the time of installation. In an effort to avoid these surprises, please review the following items and let us know if you feel any of these may apply to you so we can address them together in advance.

Quote does not include unforeseen items at time of estimate, such as but not limited to the following:

• Unlevel or rotting subfloor, settling of house (can cause floor squeaking, cracking of floor, gaps, soft spots)
• Door jams or baseboards cut too high
• Plumbing issues
• Painting is not included unless specified in contract
• Moving furniture is not included unless specified in contract. Moving furniture does not include moving valuables, guns, jewelry, furniture or electronics that need to be disassembled and reassembled, books, clothing, shoes, trash, etc.
• Gas appliances or water heaters should be disconnected and reconnected by the gas company
• Repairs and rental properties have limited warranties
